If we are unable to locate your prior order, please submit proof of purchase (credit card statement) to sales@nc-software.com or fax (804) 601-2401.  If you do not have proof of purchase we will require a relicensing fee to verify your prior purchase and generate a new license.  We may be unable to provide a replacement license and in this case a new license must be purchased at full price.  Please review our policies for full details.
