We too are merchants and use every product we develop first, before we stamp it ready for sale.  Every product we've designed at NC Software has been something we have needed for our use, then in turn share our creations to the public for their benefit as well.  We needed the ability to sell gift certificates from our StoreFront shopping cart, therefore, we developed the "Gift Certificate as Product" source code add-on for LaGarde's StoreFront .NET E-Commerce Shopping Cart solution.  When BVSoftware invited us to help them develop BVCommerce 2004, we realized there was no support for the VeriSign Payment Gateway we at NC Software use, so we developed the first payment processor plug-in for BVSoftware, extending their product to allow payment with the leading payment gateway - VeriSign PayFlow Pro.  Having constructed a templated system, we offered support for 27 payment gateways to the BVSoftware community and now offer over 60 payment gateways to those using the BVCommerce 2004 .NET e-commerce shopping cart.  Pioneering the cardBlock technology and leading the way in anti-fraud, no vendor has even challenged our ranking in payment solutions for BVCommerce to date.  After migrating our online store to our favorite e-commerce platform, AbleCommerce, far superior in its class, we began building add-ons for this outstanding .NET shopping cart.  We opened our add-ons for AbleCommerce with the AblePayments Suite of payment gateway's extending payment solutions for AbleCommerce across the globe.

A source code modification and javascript file replacement to extend the HTML e-mail editor in StoreFront’s Merchant Admin and source code modification for e-mail generation to add support for Order Date, Order Unique IE, Special Instructions, and Gift Wrap Information.

Gift Certificate and Coupon Code Reliability Enhancement

A source code modification to ensure higher success of coupon and gift certificate number recognition during the checkout process. With e-mailed information, often customers will copy and paste codes from their e-mail into the web page causing trailing spaces and case sensitivity issues resulting in failed recognition of codes. This modification resolves such issues and lowers customer service requirements and lost sales.

Include Shipping Carrier when entering Shipping Tracking Information

Using StoreFront’s Merchant Admin fails to provide a method of indicating the carrier used with a given shipment.
